I was recently asked to create a Photoshop bust of L Ron Hubbard as an ice sculpture for a certain less-than-serious show at a certain less-than-serious Television network. This was one of those rare occasions where I felt I'd made a valuable contribution to American culture.

How did you make him look like ice with Photoshop? It's very impressive.
Gosh... well, you reverse out the head --meaning like a negative image. Make sure some of the background is transparent through the "ice". Add some ripply effects, tweak, adjust. Presto, instant L Ron frozen head.
It especially helps if you spend too much time isolated in a room with a computer.
